Quality Control:
ONS has in-depth experience in manufacturing quality scaffolds fittings,
jacks etc. It employs a support staff responsible for the equipment and the
technical services needed to ensure a project's success.
QC/Technical Support:
Led directly by the general manager, QC Department with 12 staff conducts the
IQC, PQC, QC and QA from raw materials, production process, assembly to
delivery.

Procedures/Testing Details:
IQC for raw materials: we only source raw materials with quality
certificate files.
PQC for production process quality control, returned product
inspection/control
First product inspection:
3-level inspection conducted successively by operator, team leader and QC
technician.
Circuit inspection by QC technician
End-product inspection
OQC for semi-/end-product.
QA for inspection prior to delivery.
Integrated Supply Chain - Full sets of scaffolding products including
accessories are available for all construction projects.
Packing - We have complete equipments to go with overall packaging
control from Pallets, Bags and Cardboards.
Shipping - We have a special staff assigned to arrange shipments and have
built a good relationship with various shipping lines.
Management and Staff:
The company is professionally run under the collective leadership of our CEO. A
team of managers make up the middle management, while the line staff includes
department supervisors, export/import clerk and QC personnel.
Communication:
Regular meetings are conducted between the Engineering Technical Department and
the Trade Department as well as asking for comments on our quality from
customers to ensure products' competitiveness in the market.
Major Buyers: America, Europe, Australasia.
Other Terms & Conditions:
( 1 ) Minimum order of US$ 6000 paid through L/C at sight or T/T negotiable with
40% payment is paid in advance.
( 2 ) Delivery depends upon the situation, but the fastest is within one week
upon receipt of orders |
